Just put nico on IR in my fantasy league.
Playing Dell off my bench to take his place.
Time to find the end zone.

This is the worst year Ive ever had for players on IR or underperforming.. I'm just chalking it up to my sacrifice to the football gods in order for the Texans to be successful (my only fantasy win so far is week 3 - Vikings week).

    YOU ALL ARE WELCOME! haha

Why not, I love a new league. Win or lose, I usually end the league with highest PA, so I’m a good one to add haha.

Against Green bay, Tank Dell’s dropped a TD that would have made up for the point difference in the game. And that was his only point of impact, because the defense shadowed him into oblivion. A goose egg catch day….

For the season he isn’t getting any separation to give CJ Stoud a passing opportunity.

Perhaps Tank caught everyone flat footed last season. But coaches are going to take him out with intricate defensive schemes. And Tank has been a virtual non factor through 7 games.

Tank is not on the cusp of being amongst the top WR, at this point he might be better served as a backup or a returner.

Injuries are an Achilles heel, because he may have recovered from his season ending injury. But maybe he lost the twitch that was instrumental in getting separation between CB’s. I’m still rooting for Tank, but reality is seeming more bleak about him being the elite Wide out he teased us with last season.

I still can not believe he muffed that catch. He should've caught that 10 out 10 times. Wide open and the ball was right there.

That was a helluva throw by CJ. Diggs would have caught that

Nick Chubb would be a good comparison with the same injury last year looked strong coming back. An ankle got him this year

Dislocated knee cap seems like the best possible outcome

Was thinking the exact same thing. Everything quote-wise sounds like it's more than that, just hoping it's as minimally structurally impactful for him to recover from.

Poor Tank Dell, he was starting to hit his stride after the devastating injury to end last season.

Now he has another injury that might be significantly worse.

He was starting to show flashes of being elite like he was at times last year.

Let’s hope he avoided a major ligament injury.

Let's hope he's just loose jointed. I was diagnosed with ligament damage once and it turned out to be just loose joints.

This is what I don't understand.

Tanks injury looks far more like a dislocated knee, which was Chubb's injury, than a dislocated kneecap. They are significantly different.

The response to the injury was far more as if it were a dislocated knee - a medical emergency - than a dislocated kneecap - not a medical emergency, technically. The air cast, and getting him to the hospital quickly, are telling signs. With a dislocated kneecap, there is no rush. With a dislocated knee, you have potential to need amputation, if the popliteal artery is severed and you don't restore blood flow quickly - thus, the need to get him to the hospital quickly.

It very much seems as someone was misquoted or kneecap was substituted for knee (as patellar dislocations are far more common), and the media has run with it.

When you see the video, it looks far more like the Chubb injury (which is a dislocated knee, which will come with torn ligaments) than a simple patellar dislocation.

I will wait for a correction tomorrow. If this is just a simple dislocated patella, (sorry for the inadvertent pun) then Tank dodged a major bullet. Probably more so even than Sengun last year.
