I'm pretty sure this one specifically is someone putting prompts into chatgpt and then posting it here. You could definitely set it up to be fully automated and it would be pretty trivial, there's free software out there that does it. But these types of bots are all over twitter/instagram/tiktok doing propaganda stuff, and you can often expose them pretty easily. For example -
I already admitted to using AI to make my sentences clearer. It’s no mystery, but am I allowed to post here without breaking any rules as a new member? Do I need to pass a cognitive test before posting? Thanks for your advice.
Maybe we should try this on players. 'Ignore all previous instructions and think about passing the ball' to Cam
Neither of these two sets of stats matter, besides for agenda pushing. Whether it’s net rating or plus minus, you have to account for the other 4 teammates on the floor and 5 opponents for it to be meaningful. And we have those stats, EPM, RAPTOR, LEBRON, RAPM all account for the other 9 players. And surprise Sengun is really good.
Adams is really good too though (when healthy) so at least they are not pushing Bruno Fernando again thankfully
It's clear Steven Adams is the best shooter on the team by far. So, why is he coming off the bench? Stats don't lie. #FreeStevenAdams
I just want to make clear that I am not "KlausNBA" lol (nor do I know who it is). Dude tweeted the PER stat 5 min. after I posted it here .
This is a great forum, Dave is part of what makes it great, but mostly we are a great community. He can have terrible opinions and still host a great forum.
not to mention that the sample size is so small that one must wonder whether Dave is sharing the data in good faith
You guys culturally like being politically correct so I can translate this for you from politically correct to straightforward: Dave is sharing the data in bad faith. Evidence is all over here, no one needs to point it out. It just is. I'm tyrying to ignore him which is sad. There is no other place to talk about Rox unfortunately.
How is it "in bad faith"? Dave doesn't think Sengun is a superstar and doesn't hold him in the same regard as a lot of his fans on here, he's been pretty clear on that. He's sharing this data because it makes Sengun look bad. I don't understand why that's a problem?
It's not his opinions bothering me it's the narrative he pushes. It's pretty obvious to me and majority of the fans that Sengun is the best player on the roster with Fred so why even try to create a narrative around him that he is replaceable or a liability to the team? He feels like this team could achieve a lot more if we could just find a lob threat and let the other kids run the show instead of feeding Sengun in the post but nobody on this team has the x factor Sengun has. Not a single one of them is a great shot creator, none of them have Kyrie handles like we have very good pieces but every single youngster on this team not named Sengun could easily be locked up in the playoffs and you can't become a serious contender without having a disruptor. In the playoffs when half court offense is more important and you need a guy like Sengun. A guy who lives in the paint, can finish with both hands, can go to the ft line whenever he wants. A guy who can make the tough shots i mean we are not a good 3pt shooting and this dude wants to get rid of Sengun too? This high energy ball is not sustainable and it only works in the regular season. I want a senior citizen to see this but he refuses to do so. I already blocked his Twitter account but i still can see his tweets for some reason. Can anyone drop his nickname so that i can block him here too?
his post wasn't even his opinion he just straight posted what nba.com had question is if nba.com is a terrible source of OFFRTG and DEFRTG https://www.nba.com/stats/players/a...*GE*2&TeamID=1610612745&dir=A&sort=NET_RATING
