I don't know enough about the Bar Association investigation into Clark to say if he is or isn't being rail roaded or not. You need to ask yourself if you really want to be associated with or support these types of people. First - I am not a fan of Eric Holder or Fast & Furious - and I have said so a number of times. Having said that - the facts surrounding the Navarro case is different, he has never been able to show that the information he withheld was covered by Executive Privilege. Even the Republican dominant SCOTUS did not take up his appeal. As for Hunter Biden - I don't think that the House even voted to hold him in Contempt, which is necessary for there to be any criminal charges.
