He has admitted to walking into dressing rooms while women (some in their teens) are undressing, and many of those women have also talked about that going back many decades. We know he has also bragged about groping women. He is clearly a narcissist who gets off on imposing his power over others.

That all indicates a person who thinks he’s just entitled to doing what he likes when it comes to other women’s bodies. You’re old enough to remember that it was common for powerful men to believe they could get away with all kinds of sexual abuse against women back in the 70s/80s/90s and women were often reluctant to come forward about it. The culture has changed for the better.

A person who makes light out of groping women in a locker room is probably someone who doesn’t see anything particularly wrong with it (if he thinks he can get away with it). I’m not saying it’s proof that he did it, but allegations of that behavior that come out against him become more credible with a person like that.

Trump apologizing when that recording came out means nothing to me. Not apologizing for joking about sexually assaulting women when he’s caught red handed doing so would have buried him politically.

If the recording came out today rather than in 2016, I bet he wouldn’t apologize and instead say it was created by AI or something.

There is way too much known about Trump to not realize he's done some of this. There are going to be false stories, but groping probably is something he did plenty of.
