I’m sorry but victor is not the 11th best player in the league today. That’s pure potential and “draw.” He has not played like the 11th best and they should be ashamed for suggesting such a thing. Will he become top 11 sooner rather later? Probably. But, correct me if I’m wrong, that wasn’t the ranking criteria. and how was he 47 before playing a game in the league? Nothing you’ve done outside the nba should matter whatsoever for nba ranking. What a travesty.

all top 9 are the same as last season. I disagree. A year older and a lot of these “top” guys will be on middling teams that are .500 or. Also Lebron moving up 2 spots is dumb. Lebron should be about 15-20 this year.
Based on the criteria listed, Green is the only player that has done that at his age. I get that it is a small sample and we should not base too much on it, but acting like what Green did is normal or even something randomly seen from in most future all-stars is also wrong. Sure the ranking is all jacked up, but placing no value on it is also wrong.
Obviously Lebron could be a Top 10 player but can he be that consistently over 80 plus games.....huge question mark. At 40 yr old, mad impressive. Top guy at the Olympics.
Victor is already at LeBron's level of impact. LeBron took a team from 17 to 35 wins his rookie year, Victor turned a 22 win team into a 22 win team #GOAT.
If Durant is in the Top 10 then LBJ was not much inferior to Durant. The Top 10 is not some holy site, it is ever evolving.
Who the hell is writing this sh*t? Smith's career might be taking off a little slower than expected, but the rising third-year man appears to be on the verge of a true breakout season coming off a 2023-24 campaign in which he tied his career high with 16 double-doubles that’s a lot of words just to say he had the same number of doubles doubles in his 2nd season as he did as a rookie…if Jabari is on the verge of a true breakout, then I must be legally blind because I don’t see sh*t Green boosted his efficiency last spring and averaged 30.2 points on 50% shooting from the floor and 45% from deep during an 11-game Rockets win streak in March. During the streak, Green became the youngest player in NBA history to average 30 points or more over an 11-game stretch while winning each of those outings. lol, the lengths they’ll go to try and hype somebody up…player X is the youngest to average 25 or more points during their birthday month
Ok…. I bet he finishes around 22-27 in points per game. Probably outside the top 30 in total points scored. I have no idea what you mean by a “holy site” regardless in my mind he has not been good defensively for a few seasons now. His offense this year will clearly make him a non top 10 player. I’m not on a crusade
I mean if KD is scoring over 32 in his GSW or Thunder days he is even Top 3. Antman and AD are borderline 9th or 10th so you just have to ask how much better are they. Sometimes Booker or Spida or later Jaylen Brown.
Birthday month? Do you have an argument when you have to hyperbolize at that level? Ant mont of any NBA season is a far cry from "birthday month". Yes young player sustaining that volume and efficiency over a 15 game stretch to the point it is jr highest in history for a month stretch has some value in saying SOMETHING.
