Maye has no film so we don't know his weaknesses, but he is a rookie. Why am I more nervous about this game than if it was Jacoby was starting? We know what Jacoby can or can't do. Maye has a chance to surprise us.
Run yards per game and pass yards per game are dumb measures. Per attempt would be better. High run yards per game could just mean teams are choosing to attack us with the run (keep stroud off the field), not neccesarily that we are bad at stopping it
The best solution is add Autry and JJ. Autry is eligible AFTER Sunday's sixth game of the season. If J J was serious earlier this year, Friday November 1 would be a good time to return leaving him 8 regular season games in preparation for the playoffs to retire with a ring.
Huh? Can someone tell me what happened to this guy? Have injuries chopped him down? Devin White used to be a very bad man on the Bucs. He laid some vicious hits on people but he was also very productive and led them in tackles for 3 straight years, including their Super Bowl season. I used to think he was on a Hall of Fame track.

They're well equipped at wide receiver with Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell, and tight end Dalton Schultz is someone they've been trying to incorporate into the offense more. But they've already been playing without running back Joe Mixon and haven't exactly been crushing teams as it is. Houston is 4-1, but its wins are by two, six, four and three points, and its loss is by 27. The Texans are trying to find ways to put teams away in the second half and not have to rely on 59-yard field goals to win games.
