Not sure... The A Team was a lot of him arguing with Murdoch and ranting about how he pitied the fool. And firing off thousand of rounds of ammo without hitting anyone.
Maybe it was deadly serious and that's how my young mind interpreted it??? I don't want to think too hard right now, lol. It was silly, that much I'm sure of. But wouldn't it be interesting if there was a modern day A-Team remake (forget prime-time '80s network TV or action comedy--this would have to be streaming, as it would be a gory, like The Boys for today's generation, hard R-Rated sort of affair) that was made up of elite special forces members that were GUILTY as-sin, bad-ass, quasi-sociopathic criminals, sideling as mercenaries for hire, AND focus on the investigators, that were adept, complex individuals also willing to bend the rules, trying to bring them to justice... ??? And one more thing: Mr T was reprising his role of Clubber Lang, guest starring as a version of himself that was just released from prison after killing a prostitute and her pimp... and that he hired the A-Team to kill an old rival...
Rocky III by far not only because of Hulk Hogan and Mr. T but it has the death scene of Mickey - every time I see someone named Mickey, I tell them not to die on me. Stallone should have won the Oscar for that scene alone.
Hey, yo. What does the OP say. I don’t read too good. I think 1 is the best. On a pure film aspect, it’s 1. I think 3 is the most fun
I voted Rocky III. The other are great but Rocky III has the most iconic moments just from the beginning with Eye of the Tiger. The ending too with the private fight between Ricky and Apollo to determine who actually was the best. I loved in Creed when Adonis asked Rocky who won the fight as it was a big secret but Rocky said matter of factly Apollo did.
I've always liked III the best. I think it had the best story arc. Mickey, let's have this one more fight and then we'll retire and walk off into the sunset together. Oh wait...this Clubber guy is really good. And Mickey is dead. I just got my ass kicked because I didn't take training seriously and I was worried about Mickey. I'm really scared and unmotivated to fight this guy again because it turns out that all of my previous fights were against bums. Then my wife slaps some sense into me on the beach (in one of the best scenes in the franchise) and now I'm pumped up and ready! I beat the guy with Ali's "rope a dope" strategy and all is as it should be. Now my title is legitimate.
