The thing is, I’m in and out of D and D depending on my free time and mood. So I haven’t followed everyone’s posts consistently, but I do have impressions. Seems to me that you have some college education or more, some degree of intellect beyond baseline Maga. At a high level, it sure does feel like on CF, you are more akin to Trump and the MAGA ruling class. Trader conquistador seems to want to play the role of Elon Musk. And people like Salvy, commodore, that Scarface guy, crixtus the former General thade name changer … those dudes are your MAGA useful idiots. So I have a question. Does it annoy you that those folks are complete idiots? Like actually dumb people? Or is it useful because they believe every stupid tweet that comes across their feed, and they post demonstrable nonsense like Commodore several times a week? If I’m anywhere near right on this, I am a little puzzled because whatever your feelings about Kamala and the Dems, you should have done so well in the market during the Biden administration that you literally have never been richer than today. I think that is true for the vast majority of folks who have 401Ks or otherwise build wealth through the stock market. Even an idiot like me who holds index ETF’s long term is banking more money than I could have ever imagined. So are you just a wealthy guy who like Trump really empathizes with the poor, low education, low IQ types, even though the Dems have made you as wealthy as you have ever been? Or did you pull your money out of the market for fear of the Dems wrecking everything, only to have missed out on a wonderful and nearly historic growth period?

Yup. @AroundTheWorld See, this goes in the category of “Trump stupidity”. 77% return on the S&P 500 since January 1, 2020. The Great Depression has been so bad I’ve never been wealthier than I am today. Trump is saying that if Kamala wins, we will have economic disaster. I hope it is just as “disastrous” as the Biden Great Depression that wasn’t.
Crime is dropping compared to last year after a several year rise during the Biden/Harris regime. Let's zoom out a little on that one.
The funny part is that some Republicans think this is a point in their favor. It shows that the GOP nominee is so horrible that staunch conservatives will support Harris. It shows that Harris, doesn't agree with their policies but will work together with people across the aisle to help protect our nation from the GOP nominee. It shows that the idea of working together to uphold the constitution even when there are policy differences is the kind of outreach and unification one candidate is capable of. That candidate is Harris. The fact that some Republicans want to try and play this as bad for Harris is kind of funny.
You do understand Trump is not the epitome of the GOP and it's Cheney, the war monger who orchestral the forever wars, is the GOP
I understand that might have been the case a decade ago. Do you understand the GOP nominated Trump? The GOP turned on traditional conservatives like Cheney and others simply because they supported the Constitution rather than Donald Trump. Do you understand that Harris and the Democrats haven't changed their policy positions to align with Cheney's? I don't believe Cheney has changed his positions either. The only thing that changed is that Cheney is willing to put country over party because that's how bad Trump is. The fact that Harris and some Democrats will work together to help the United States is a plus and not a minus.
