    Think of those stops where he made the playoffs as PRACTICE for his tenure in Houston. ALCS every year, 2 WS appearances, 1 WS title.

    The Astros are old. Get over it. We don't have clutch players anymore.

    Pena isnt a gold glover. He missed a lot of balls. We don't have anyone close to Brantley anymore. Or Yuri.

    We have a lot of regular season superstars.

    In dusty’s first 18 seasons managing, he won 0 playoff games 15 times, 1 playoff game once, and over 1 twice. 15 seems more than 1, so espada has a loooooong way to go to match dusty’s ineptitude

    Espada won't be fired but he has been the worst manager of this era imo. It wasn't all his fault on this disappointing season but I feel a better manager would have had this team with enough wins to not have to play in the wild card round. The team needs more hitting talent though to really continue their run as a major contender.

    Today, Hinch used 7 pitchers and Jose used 4 pitchers, who won this game?!?!?!?!? Jose Espada thinks we have Game 3 next because he treats Wild Card Games as regular season games. Pretty sure most of the Stros will wake up tomorrow that their season ended like it never happened.
