I remember 20 years ago there was two sports things I wanted to see in my lifetime. 1. CAL go to the Rose Bowl. 2. The Astros make it to the World series. Not win just go. This run has been great and why things suck right now I still got hope for this incarnation of the franchise.
End of the run? Maybe Regardless, can't stay on top forever. Unlike these loser ass fake fans who disrespect the team, I will applaud for the greatest 8 years in franchise history. Thank you Houston Astros Let's regroup for next year. All of you crying b****es are not real fans
Next season random thoughts . . . Trade Tucker Sign Bregman Sign Kikuchi Bye Pressly Get a centerfielder Get a first baseman Fire Espada, get a true leader
The run started with an embarassing collapse to an AL Central team in the 8th inning at home, and that's how it ends.
Yeah. The dynasty is circling the drain, but it was a hell of a good run! I'm not sure it has to be over yet, but realistically you can see the writing on the wall.
1. The Batting Lineup looked like a Loss. Kyle Tucker batting 2nd Astros are 42-24 when Alex Bregman bats 2nd. Joe Espada completely ignored the Reporter saying that Record Stat and Joe walked out.
The dynasty isn’t over because they lost a 3 game series against a team that was 29-11 to end the year. Having said that - from top to bottom they “****ed around and found out”. Ownership and the GM didn’t address the line up holes and just counted on making the playoffs. The back end of the pen wasn’t good enough and the fielding was sloppy. There are avenues to win it all next year but the Astros needed a reality test.
