This is what I mean about Vance. His speaking style is smooth but the substance is easily disproven. Trump didn’t save ACA. He campaigned against it in 2016 and until recently said he was determined to get rid of it And replace it with something of and beautiful. The Republican Congress in 2017 would’ve overturned it with no replacement plan from Trump or others except for John McCain stopping them. Something Teump Hated and called McCain a traitor for It.
