A win is a win but, I would love not to say we should have won by two touchdowns. Good win. But we got to tighten things up.
Start benching and/or imposing fines. There's a disturbing lack of attention to detail with this team that HAS to be fixed. Almost 30 penalties in 2 games is criminal.
That was actually for some Jags fan trollin me on Twitter that lurks here. Sounded better when he thought he had a gotcha moment and he corrected me and he wrote 0 and 4 than when I wrote 0 and 3. By gosh he was right the Jags are 0 and 4!!!
We were awful today, but...we won. The secondary was toast and the line provided no pressure. Way too many big plays.... We still need a fridge inside. Horrible OLine play in the second half led by "All World" Laremy. Dude's in his head big time. True we're missing Mixon.. But all the penalties and mistakes...that goes to not being prepared...and that's on the staff...starting up top. DeMeco... Sims needs to go That's all there is to it. Look, we're going to get exponentially tighter/ better as the season progresses, but... It's a good thing we were playing Jacksonville here today. It also never hurts to have the next Joe Montana too. Good job CJ!
We play like this against the Bills next week, we're going to get slaughtered But for now, a win's a win
One of the issues I'm afraid is that Tunsil has simply lost a step and all of his penalties are him trying to make up for it. He tries to get off the snap early to get an advantage to make up for him slowing down.... boom, false start. He tries lining up further back to cut down the angle and make up for him slowing down.... boom illegal formation He tries to avoid those penalties and plays or straight and.... boom he has to hold because he gets beat. He just looks like a guy on the way out
Why Wed? Might as well enjoy until Sunday. Then as you say, we're gonna get our asses whooped. I fully believe that.
I will say the Bill's have a road night game tonight and then have to play in Houston next week. It will be a prove we can play with the big boys game. I'm calling a Houston win. But I'm pretty stoned right now.
