Not going to fault him for the **** show of how their season fell apart after the move was announced. And maybe that’s an argument to be patient with any regime that shows progress. Also in hindsight, and seeing all the success that team and all the other coaches/GM’s that came from those teams had… it would have happened there had they not moved (and instead happened in Baltimore and New England… for decades).
Our 2 wins and today, all felt like blowouts, but were one score games. Part of me says that's inexcusable. Part of me says that's okay as long as we win those games. At some point, we've got to quit shooting ourselves in the foot, and keep that foot on the throttle and blow these teams out, as it seems we should be doing.
