3-5 with a HR before he was getting walked twice in xtra innings.

But that doesn't excuse his: run..then jog, then sees the bad throw taking the 1B off the bag and speeeeeds up...and is out by a fraction of an inch for the final out of the game

Quietly sabotaged the team so he could rest his leg.

Look, give the guy a break, he came back early for them from his foot injury. He wasn't even suppose to be back yet, yet he's out there playing. He's not fully healed. Should he have hustled to first? Maybe, but he's hurting and I can understand he thought that was an easy ground ball.

It's very hurtful to watch this...I disagreed with his firing, Luhnow too. It was bs that the Astros were singled out the way they were, and I wish Crane would've stood tall and brought them back immediately after their suspensions (a la Sean Payton with the Saints).

I hate that this horse is still being beaten, but MLB should have addressed signs the way they did spider-tack - e.g. "hey, there's information that this is something happening in the league, so let's implement measures MLB-wide to address the problem."...enter pitch-com. Problem effing solved without all the bs drama.

The idea of facing Hinch and a white-hot Detroit in a short best of 3 series with Skubal starting one of them terrifies the crap out of me, especially if we are Yordan-less.

He should have put in Cole game 7 in the 2019 WS....losing Lunhow was more painful.

Sean Payton? How about freakin Alex Cora for a more pertinent/relevant comparison?!?!? (Cora was actually fired just like everybody else).

Also the drama was created by the media (mainly the Athletic) thanks to a whistle-blower. MLB was forced to respond. All signs point to the fact that they knew that plenty of teams were engaged in this some sort of statecraft... and they were able to brush things over with other teams that were implicated (apple watches?).... but once you have a whistle-blower and 50 stories a day on it, it was hard for them to not have a response.

Worry not, it'll be the Royals. Won't have to worry about the Tigers until the ALCS

The DBacks did get to the WS last year mainly on the work Strom did.

It’s absolutely mind boggling that the Astros looked at our carousel of garbage at 1st base this year and thought “Yuli?? Hmm nah we’re good”

Now he’s in the postseason making a difference already for the Royals.
