for folks that don't know: Malcolm Hooper Kerr (October 8, 1931 – January 18, 1984) was a university professor specializing in the Middle East and the Arab world. An American citizen, he was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, where he died. He served as president of the American University of Beirut from 1982 until he was killed by gunmen in 1984. On 18 January 1984, [Malcolm] Kerr was shot and killed by two gunmen. He was shot twice in the back of his head by gunmen using suppressed handguns in the hallway outside his office. The Islamic Jihad, a militant organization close to Hezbollah, claimed responsibility for the assassination. Kerr had four children, including Steve Kerr, a former NBA player, broadcaster, and the current head coach of the Golden State Warriors and Team USA men’s basketball Olympics team. text is from Wikipedia. Yea I think a lot of people already know of this story. Sad what happened to his father but makes sense as to why Steve Kerr is such a whiny ******* and piece of s*** human being because he grew up with no father.
feel free to start a thread about MJ's dad. this evening, and for those who are too young to know, Kerr's dad is relevant.
Malcolm Kerr was an American, murdered by Hezbollah. if you need education on Hezbollah, there's a thread for that. it doesn't even the scales, but some measure of justice has been served. we should be thankful
You choice of word was not exact, dude was an important figure and got his recognition. But avenged? Steve Kerr did not go after those killers and killed them.
Thanks for the article though because most of us did not even know about Malcolm Kerr. Thing is if he was avenged in a big fashion, more people would know about it. Thanks again.
Better than this. good god you're coming across as one of those weirdos who loves posting 27 daily twits 24 hours of the day to prove some sort of point that nobody else cares about. You're an alright guy, but please get better at things, please?
to not quote Nirvana, my apologies, not yours, not all... I'm still unclear what you're objecting to. cheers.
