I went through the list of high school to NBA and there's only ever one guard that was a high draft pick to go straight to the nba, and that's Livingston. He destroyed his knee so i'm not sure how valuable of a data point he is but he was a bust as a #4 pick who become a decent bench guy. Of course it's important to look at context, which is why i still think he has star potential (same as cade or scoot). The tmac comparison is obviously insane as tmac was a clear positive player by year 2 as a 19 year old. Jalen is miles better than Telfair for sure, can't argue that.
Jalen Green is that bad that his super fans are saying "he's disappointing but not a bust" as their main talking point for the past few pages. Hard core super fans.
Livingston demolished his knee but that wasn't the reason he was a total non-factor from distance for his entire career. I think it's safe to say he would have busted regardless as the track record for big, long PGs that can't shoot at all is rather bleak.
The official hug that transfers the powers to the official next all time greatest Rocket. Sorry Sengun and Amen fans.
