What utility is in your argument? A woman exists on this planet who believes men should pay for the first date...therefore? Therefore women naturally believe they are subservient to men? You can find anecdotes to defend any premise that exists on this planet.
I don’t know what all this nonsense is about. Chowder is a man, or he was the last time it came up. He was in the service, was decorated from the war and came home and went to college. I get it - people rub people the wrong way sometimes- but I don’t know what he has to do with some of the comments being made about women in this thread?
You seem offended that I'm not making fun of your line of work and living but making fun of how creepy you are to ask college aged girls unprovoked about gender and sexual identity. Do you want me to make fun of your profession so you aren't as triggered?
You guys get so ****ing caught on this. It's a philosophical answer at the end of the day and even scientist debate when life begins. Stop talking in absolutes. Your morals/ethics lead you to believe it begins a conception and that's your right. Some of us don't believe that, so stop talking in absolutes as if you ****ing know this without a definitive doubt, because you don't.
This dude in another thread said he feared being canceled as a college dining hall manager if he asked college aged girls about sexual and gender ideology and I told him he's creepy to fear being canceled over an interaction he should never naturally be in given his profession. And now he assumes I'm making fun of his line of work rather than making fun of how creepy he is for fearing being canceled asking 19 year old girls unprovoked about their sexual identity. So now he's on some offended steak believing Im making fun of his line of work. And ya I'm still a dude.
How exactly did I do that? What percentage of these women who are outcompeting men are just dying pay for dates, get married, pay all the bills, and have a house husband? I didn't say society wouldn't crumble without either. Go reread what I actually said, then address that. How exactly am I falling apart? Okay
There is nothing wrong with being a dining room manager. It is a hard job and it takes a lot of work to earn that spot…. Working in a restaurant, especially one with lots of responsibilities is admirable and hard.
I to was in the Air Force for 6 years. This is the problem. You keep insisting I actually did or would do such a thing. That statement is the basis of my issue with you on this board. Your consistent insinuation of this false narrative is what bothers me about you. It's like mypak calling my wife a slut. Unfounded and unnecessary to supposedly curry an upper hand in a discussion. It's OK to disagree but don't make it personal. I don't agree with some on this board. But I read and respect their posts. I'm not proud that you have drug me into the muck with you.
Did you express fear of being canceled as a dining hall manager because you might confront a college aged girl about gender ideology?
So you fear being canceled as a dining hall manager asking 18 year old college girls about the concepts of what a woman is... Okay. So we agree that you fear being canceled over this. The disagreement we have is whether if it's creepy or not. I think it's a creepy fear to have. Why would you ever be in such a situation anyways?
Can we agree then that I never tried to belittle your line of work? I'm belittling your creepy fears.
Yep... all of your examples, plus there's plenty more. For instance, I've heard many women who believe in the whole transgender thing say if a straight guy has sex with a transwoman, he's gay. Why would he be gay if the "woman" you called a woman is really a woman?..... Because they know HE isn't. It might be okay (and that's just maybe) if it's somebody else's situation, but a man they actually like.... different story. Where are all the feminists who are pushing for equality also pushing for women to work in sewers, be garbagemen, work on offshore oilrigs, and/or doing other dangerous jobs?....... What they're really saying is "that's men's work". People usually show their true colors when the pressure is on. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy.
Calling me a Dining Room Manager is for sure belittling my career. I was a college campus General Manager. Do you have any idea what that entails? I offered you an olive branch, and you just can't stop can you. See you tomorrow.
Thanks for your cordial response. How are men not held accountable? I was mostly talking b=about on a government level, but any examples are welcomed.
