I really like the various versions of bbq pork from Carolina. I really don't like any of the variations of Carolina sauce

 

I don't understand it eitehr, here's some vinegar & mustard flavored water - what the hell am i supposed to do with this.

this guy should have never been elected to public office in the first place based on his public comments, but republicans were good with all the hateful, pro-slavery, anti-gay and sexist stuff he said.

im not defending this piece of garbage, but is there any proof at this point that its actually him? some of the stuff that has come out is so ridiculous its hard to believe someone could actually say this, even on a p*rn-site message board.

How to Make Carolina’s Lexington BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
10 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
A few dashes of Worchester Sauce (I like to go heavy-handed here …)
A pinch of crushed hot red pepper flakes (… and here.)
Fresh ground black pepper to taste ​

NC BBQs

Eastern style: cook the pulled pork in vinegar. This is the real deal. BBQ joints also put more vinegar sauce on the tables, if you need more sauce.

Lexington style: dip the cooked pork in a BBQ sauce (ketchup plus vinegar). The sauce is red but vinegar dominates the flavor.

I have not eaten a mustard based sauce in NC, but they might have it SC ... which might mean you can get that in Charlotte ... but if the rest of NC found out that was happening ...
