Have the official measurements overseen by MLB staff to try and make it as standardized as possible and attempt to cut down on attempts to game the system, either way though, at least you'd have a concrete strike zone that could be learned by pitchers and hitters alike.
That's a player issue. Unless a player's actual body changes, his strike zone should always be the same. A batter should not be able to change his individual strike zone. It should be constant based on height and proportions. A player changing his strikezone to fit his purpose or the situation should be illegal. The pitcher has no way to combat it or adjust in kind. It's a one sided advantage and therefore should not be allowed.
