It is PLAUSIBLE they are drug addicts since employers are saying they are having a difficult time finding NON-HATIANS, who can pass a drug test.
The sad thing about that CEO's statement is that it might cause more division between the new immigrant population and the existing population with those type of statements. Its human nature to be struggling in life and then be jealous and have animosity when a new group of people who have their stuff squared away come in and do their jobs better. That's harsh and you can't blame these people fully because many of them yes have been victims of people like the Sackler family.
