Ime's Offense is still not conducive to high scoring and if the team's goals align with Green scoring high numbers, then so be it.

However, Ime would not sacrifice the team's objectives for Jalen's individual numbers.

    That one was blatantly clear.

@bad contracts: The Rox cannot afford bad contracts long term, the contender roster has not been finalized yet, more young players are to be paid real contracts.

RFA is the best choice for both sides, Green earning baby money from another team, Rox deciding whether to match or not.

Yes it is definitely a dubious source. I just saw it and looked through to find who they put for the Rockets. Most teams had players from the past. I figured it would be someone like Pippen. i was surprised to see they put Jalen but I have less than zero faith in the source.

Is it me or has he alleviated most of that cross body motion when bringing the ball up. It's a lot more straight up now.

none of these numbers matter. what’s his TS% because TS% is the “ONLY complete and true measurement” of how good a player is according to a group of Rocket “fans”. Lmao

“His TS% is bad that means he is an incompetent scorer” - Rocket “fans”/Jalen doubters

For me. it's not so much about specific counting stats, it's about being consistently "good". I'll take the same 19.6 - 3.7 - 5.2 averages on better efficiency.

The highs and lows are pretty crazy.

He had 27 games where he shot 50.8% from distance. That's hella good.

He had 43 combined games where he shot 17.5% from distance. This is beyond awful.

Just reducing the number of poor shooting games from 43 to 5 or 6, even if most of those are ~.333, he's a much more impactful player and it opens up the rest of his game.

    Essentially raising the floor ....

    He is getting stronger

I'll bump my guess on his weight up from 188 pounds to now 192 pounds

Exactly what is asked of a Microwave scorer, score bunches in the shortest amount of time.

The full video is good and explains why he has him pausing on his shots. It's too make him feel his balance because a lot of times he gets off balance while shooting.

Great coaching tbh and i quite enjoyed watching this.

One of the most underrated things about Jalen is he has a ton of energy. Played 82 games, tons of minutes and took a significant number of shots. Udoka is doing a great job of harnessing that energy into more defense, off ball movement and rebounding. Even had a significant uptick in transition points post ASB.

Still I think he wasn't happy with his conditioning when he realized playing two-way basketball requires elite conditioning. If he's working on improving his endurance and stamina, it will help him shoot better too.

Looks bigger in these videos. That's going to help him a lot on defense and on drives. He's having the kind of summer I expected him to have especially given it's a contract year.

Our season and his future is tied to him improving his overall scoring efficiency though so I'm glad to see he's been working on that too.

“His FT% is bad that means he is a bad free throw shooter!”

Fake Laker “fans” criticizing Shaq at the FT line… :D

    You can’t measure “aura” b****es!

Jalen Green’s stats don’t matter! He is a dawg out there. If you have any doubts, imagine Gerald Green with 10 complete fingers. Now imagine that those nails are polished. #SwagGod.

Honestly pretty interesting even if you don't like Jalen of 15 minutes of uninterrupted training and seeing what things trainers actually say to players. I like how he's trying to teach Jalen subtle things like using his eyes to misdirect defenders.

Great to see him focus on his jump shot and mechanics. Arguably the most important part of his game that will make or break him
