Anyways back on topic. Hill wants him to be fired and I agree. The problem is he will get another job. The police union is one of the main problems with policing today. They protect the bad apples. Which tarnish the good cops. There are a lot more good cops than bad ones.

It's people like this why I believe law enforcement recruitment and the image of law enforcement has to change so drastically to not attract these type of applicants. My suggest? Anyone played Red Dead Redemption 2? You know the cop uniforms that St Denis cops wore where t looked like those old school London Police uniforms? Make that the official uniform of cops. You think this is trivial? It is but it also is a indication of the trivial nature of why most people join these law enforcement professions. They want to look bad ass. They want to wear their plate carriers. They want high speed gear. They went to look tactical. They haven't gotten over their childhood cowboys and Indians play fight phase. Strip all that bad ass imagery out of law enforcement and these type of chodes won't seek out law enforcement as a profession. They'd do something more healthy for society like join a mma gym and get a lot of concussions trying to get into fighting sports or something. Much better than joining law enforcement to satisfy your self image of yourself. This should be the type of uniforms cops wear. Again, you might think this is silly but you have to understand how silly a lot of the motivations for why people join law enforcement are. A lot of cops just want to walk around looking like this: A lot of people join law enforcement because of the aesthetics. I guarantee you the dude with the cowboy hat would have chosen a different profession of the only uniform he had to wear was something like those old school London cop uniforms. I know this sounds hard to believe but you have to spend a lot of time around these type of people to understand that's how superficial it is.
