I think it was the ACL Fest in 2004...I had a buddy who knew music, bands, all that. So I'd ask him every day "who do I really need to go see?" And that was the first time I'd heard of the Black Keys. Those 2 guys, by themselves, went on a side-ish stage and just destroyed stuff. They blew my hair back a way bit to be honest. They've changed in the past 20 years or whatever, but man I still do love their early stuff and remember that first show.
