There's also limits on practice squad veterans both in number and salary.

redundancy. can no longer return kicks.
That's what I don't like about the handling of all CBs post 2010s+. They never get a snap off. If you're healthy, you're rolling 100% of the Defensive snaps. Used to be 85-90% on each side, leaving 20ish snaps for the back up CBs not including dime or quarter packages. So now you get backup cbs just chilling on the sidelines getting bitter like Shaquille. He found a home, balled out 1st game with the Vikings.

Why do some not want to discuss what Watson has been doing to women?

    He's a serial sexual predator.

Any NFL player who's a sexual predator should be not only talked about, but shown disdain towards.

This should never be swept under the rug.

I don’t think it’s swept under the rug I honestly think most Texans fans don’t care about his issues anymore.

Sure, but why should it pollute the in-season Texans thread? He hasn't played for them since the 2020 season. None of this utter trash is Texans news. It's about the Browns now.

In this thread, why don't we discuss this year's Texans?

Start up a D&D thread or an NFL thread in one of those forums and everybody can flail on him there as much as they want.

Kinda true though. This watson talk in a Texans in-season thread is kinda lame...don't really care to dilute Texans talk with some damn predator.

Maybe they should reopen or make a new watson thread somewhere.

Discuss away elsewhere. He is not the Texans' problem anymore.

This is a question for those who are "in the know."

Why do some QBs get treated like RBs when they go for first downs and touchdowns and others are treated as if they are hook sliding when they give up their body for a first down or touchdown?

Is this really 'forward' Progress? It seem like officials are responding to reputation rather than rules. Either, if equally enforced, is preferable to what is happening.

What thread would you recommend discussing him in?

It's football related and they closed the Watson thread.

I guess they want this to go away. It would except he's a serial predator, so it'd not going away anytime soon. There are many more victims out there.

Why don’t you just take it to the NFL/Football related threads then? It’s not specifically Texans related. Tired of that BS here.

    Back to Texans season discussion.

Can we use Harris or Henry T as a spy for the duel threat QBs we will face this year? I'm tired of the 25 yard runs around the edge.
