Hill is a jerk and was a jerk. He made bad decisions. None of those decisions excuse what the LEOs did. Because Hill is such an A-Hole, I don't really have sympathy for him. But sympathy or no sympathy, it still doesn't excuse what the LEOs did. At the same time, it wasn't the worst thing a cop has done to someone. There should be some disciplinary action taken against the officer and his record should be marked. It shows that the officer isn't the best at handling stressful situations and de-escalating. The officer could potentially be a danger to others.
