I think Buzbee may have more accusers come forward. But this one is different. She was not a massage therapist. This is an alleged rape that occurred on a date, which opens up new punishment.

I defended him, because I think that everyone deserves a 2nd chance, but this is a pattern. And because it's a pattern, he needs to be brought to justice.

 

There’s a theory going around that this new lawsuit might get the NFL to suspend him a year + and thus void his guaranteed money. The Browns would then cut him, be off the hook for the remaining guaranteed $$$ but still take the massive cap hit.

IDK if the NFL would do this tho. The rumor back when he signed was that the owners and NFL were pissed at the Browns for the fully guaranteed contract so I don’t see them doing them solid.

Then again the Browns want new stadium (lol) and the NFL loves them some new stadiums, but it’s kinda of hard to get the public to vote yes when a washed up sex pervert is still your starting QB.

Very few players can demand playing time since that is usually the coaches call. This is particularly true in the age of rotation and match-ups.

 

With his age, he's not a starter but a reserve. He needs to recognize that if he wants to keep playing, but it's up to the coaches to decide, not him.

Texans needs a backup DB...he wouldn't be bad especially if Okudah is hurt, but maybe there's other factors to it.
