    FFS - I knew that rule....DaMeco has to do better there.

    They should have had about 12 seconds - and tell them the clock was going to be running because the REFS either stopped it to look at the fumble at 15 secs, or looked at it AFTER the spike.....both should have had the game clock stopped or reset....

    This was a **** up on the officials and the Hou coaches.
