Was about to say, I’ve only met @Manny Ramirez but I actually met @Behad way back in a basketball get together event, met some others as well there because it was a CF gathering, but can’t recall whom i think @Buck Turgidson was there in his younger days causing mischief as usual
I would probably have a beer with pretty much anyone here, even those who are really annoying....I might not have a second beer with them if they acted really stupid or really annoying, but in my experience most people are on their best behavior in person.
Yeah I’d have a beer with anyone here. Even the two or three people who I’ve had to put on ignore because they’ve lost their marbles on either politically deranged conspiracy theories or who get obsessed as an only fan of a rockets player which break them mentally. I know in my personal life many of our close friends are good people in real life but then you look at their Facebook feed and find out they are crackpots online. The online persona is revealing but as long as they can keep it together in real life yeah let’s have a beer.
I'll sit and eat nachos with any of you, though I'll probably not be drinking alcohol (not philosophically opposed, just never developed a taste). I would like to hang with @DaDakota, but only so I could pitch him a wildland fire videogame idea.
well i mean... nothing stopping any a yall from buying me some, maybe a cigarette too. i have a bit of monies saved up.
While I disagree with you often, I don't find you particularly abrasive. I'm pretty sure you're a nice guy in person.
I don't believe you. You seem nice! After all, you helped out with the GoFundMe. Abrasive people don't do that.
People who see themselves harsher than they really are, they are in reality not that bad. And high intellect.
. Indeed. Anyone that helps out in a time of need like for my kid last year ain't bad in my book. Take for example, I'm an ******* in the Astros forum. In real life, I'm only a semi ******* when it comes to the Astros!
Really? No alcohol? I have maybe 2 mixed drinks a month, but always semi surprising when people don't drink. Good on you.
