I really liked some cereals but as I grew older and learned about them being basically just sugar, and also that drinking milk when you are an adult is actually kind of weird...I pretty much stopped eating cereals. Except when I am at a breakfast buffet in a good hotel, then I sometimes grab them. As a kid, I liked these: (these make your pee smell funny)
Your body absolutely does not need processed sugar, which can be physically addictive. It can metabolize its needs from other foods. But some carbs is absolutely fine, especially good sugars like fruit. My comment was just a point in how it’s moronic to say all physically addictive substances should be banned/taxed.

Even going in with the expectation that it was a popcorny, dumb action flick, I still found John Wick to be a massive disappointment. Worse action/fighting/killing than any random Scott Adkins movie, all of which are cheesy and bad.

For some reason I used to love Grape Nuts as a kid. I thought that was odd. Everybody else was eating Buckets O' Sugar cereal, but I loved Cheerios and Grape Nuts. Then I find this is a thing, but I haven't had ice cream in forever, so ... eh : How Grape-Nuts Became a Cult-Favorite Ice Cream Flavor
Spoiler I know it's a weird fetish, but I'm 54 and I absolutely LOVE a big glass of ice cold milk. Especially with pancakes, waffles, french toast, or really any kind of breakfast besides proteins. Oddly enough, one of my favorite comfort foods is cold pizza and milk.

I’m with you ima about milk - it’s my 2nd favorite drink after coke and I am going to have a glass of milk right now! I will say this though - I will never eat any cereal with milk on it! I have to have my cereal dry.
