Imagine you're 35+ and having to "mentor" a bunch of 20 year old influencer watch-loving TikTok dancers who spend more time looking at their social media responses than watching film.

FVV deserves a medal.

 

There isn't a single player in our roster that values their social media account over their work on improving their basketball skills.

 

I do believe this is true. I think our young core are dedicated to learning basketball. All of them will not learn at the same pace and some will have to be moved, but they are all trying to improve as fast as they are capable.

 

Of our young guys there are exactly two that I don't worry about when it comes to off court distractions.

One I probably don't need to worry about.

Three I think get distracted at times.

And one that very obviously is obsessed with what people think about him on social media.

 

You do not have to watch far.....Tari is dancing on one leg every day.

 

I'm pretty sure 35 year old Kevin Durant spent the most time out of anyone in the league shet posting and arguing with 15 year olds on Instagram and Twitter on burner accounts.

I remember he was arguing with a Twitter kid at 3 AM in the morning while Durant was vacationing in the Caribbean

That would be me playing a dungeon before dozing off ....he tweets before sleep.

 

This thread has aged poorly. Fred is one of my favorite rockets FA acquisitions of all time. And I hope we resign him on a 3-yr deal at reasonable money.
