I like that she wants to tackle the issue of first time homebuyers, however, I'm not sure how giving first time home buyers a tax credit plus down payment support is not going to cause for prices to continue to being elevated. If demand is up and you can only put out so much supply, how is a homeowner going to be able to afford the home? I guess at least it does provide assistance for those individuals with a subpar credit score that does not have a down payment. Seems like a mess to me that will lead to further inflation in the housing market, but I can't fault for wanting to move in the right direction. Also, you mention "penalties" on landlord that owns too many properties, but from reading the article, it appears to be more grounded on not allowing them to take advantage of tax breaks based on number of properties they own. I'd imagine the work around for something like this is to set up different trust funds? I do like the proposal. With all the programs she is proposing, she really should be proposing to raise the corporate tax rate to 35%. They need to be paid for somehow. I know individuals keep telling me that we are going to be in debt for the rest of the country's life, but is it smart to continue running these deficits forever? I just hate kicking the can down the road and would like to tighten the budget where we can.

I could make an argument that the GOP is against the nuclear family when they are anti-union, anti-welfare, anti-minimum wage which are all polices that hurt the formation of nuclear families. The cost of child testing and living is the number one reason why nuclear families aren't as common.
