A healthy Zion is a top 10 player. Maybe higher. However, I don’t think that he is super impactful on defense, and I don’t even really think he’s that great of a rebounder. I live near New Orleans. Have some friends that are bigs Pels fans. They all seem to hate Willie Green and they want an offense where Williamson is essentially the point guard.
People that think Zion would be a superstar if healthy only look at one side of the court. He is not a good defensive player or consistent rebounder. He is not a superstar and anyone paying him the max is a fool, which the Pelicans are finding out. Nobody will trade for Zion until the last year of his contract if that.
