Donald Trump did use the DOJ to try and put Hillary in jail. That actually happened. But there was no evidence to warrant any jail time for Hillary. Trump did actually try and pressure foreign nations to incriminate Joe Biden. That did actually happen. Biden did allow the DOJ to act independently. There was evidence against Trump. He has been indicted. Local authorities under no control of Biden also found evidence and even successfully convicted Trump. He's now a felon based on evidence and a unanimous jury of his peers who found that beyond a reasonable doubt, he was guilty. That is the answer to your questions.
