    I struggled too.
    But the fact they came from sustainable wildlife "farms"if that is the correct word.
    Made me feel better

    I really have no idea where they get it but I imagine it's somewhere nasty. Probably GMO as well...

    Not off-topic exactly, but sort of... A guy in Costco's meat department told me once that he would never buy wild caught fish. Said it's full of worms. Ever heard that?

    Farm raised fish (catfish, tilapia) need to come from the USofA. Mostly in the south, Mississippi and such. It's all legit.

    Wild caught "seafood", salmon, etc, needs to be from the shores of the USA (Maine, Alaska, etc)

    I have to admit, I couldn't be much farther removed from the process if I tried. Same goes for knowledge of the industry and what is or isn't harmful, unfortunately.
