He's out for the season. Sucks to get *that* hurt on a freak play like that. I like him and I've always liked the Royals, when they're not playing the Stros. KC vs STL World Series was so, so epic.
only old folks have the time to watch all 162 games because the getaway games are during day time. people have work. ngl, during covid years i think i watched all 162 games because working from home lol. man, those were the days. not the "can't go anywhere" part, but the stay at home and consume media part.
It's more than the Royals, the Chiefs have owned us before Mahomes was throwing behind the back passes. Kelce has dominated the Texans for a decade. They set notorious franchise history with the 30-0 at NRG. Astros need two more wins this series. Begin the H-town rise over KC -- Texans next. .
Actually the first time I heard a player say this was Pudge when he was being interviewed on the radio station The Ticket in Dallas. Back in 1998 I believe. They saved it and used it as a drop, I swear is sounded like "**** us", hilarious.
I remember JJ getting corkscrewed into the turf on multiple plays - and he wasn't even getting double teamed. That was so deflating as a Texans fan. The one guy we could always count on was getting dominated.
I was really fatalistic about it too. Was just another in a long line of playoff heartbreaks at that point.
Finally beating the crap out of NE multiple times won't feel the same without Coach and QB on the other team.
I hear ya. We closed our regional office Sept 2015 so I've been remote at home for quite some time. I could never go back to working/going to an office. I'm much more productive at my home office and I can watch every game on my Mac, good ****.
I hate the day games for the playoffs... half empty stadiums for teams that treat the LDS as routine.
I was at that game and just sat there with another dude that I didnt know for at least 20 mins after the game ended in silence, til one of us said 'welp, have a safe drive home'. Plus, AceofSpaeder outed them for cheating that year too with signals from the outfield. So, we got cheated, before we started cheating. Thats the fire that was lit.
