I’ve said this several times but there are legitimate and compelling criticism of Harris and Walz. Inflation is an ongoing problem, the timing of Walz’s response to the George Floyd Riots is. The Rightwing though can’t seem to help themselves to pushing rhetoric and claims that are ludicrous on the face of it. Claims that Tim Walz is a Socialist Hamas supporter who has imposed sharia law is just laughable. All you need to do is check Minnesota State Fair live cam to see what sort of socialist Sharia hell hole Minnesota is.
this guy is not a good public speaker and he’s incredibly awkward when interacting with others…that donut shop vid is one of the cringiest things I’ve ever seen another L for Trump’s VP
It's almost like they're not completely stupid when someone claims to be the most pro-worker republican ticket in history. LOL. Dear Trump Vance campaign, people are now immune to the Trump superlatives. Yeah yeah, everything you do is the bestest ever in history. Or everything other people do is the worstest ever in history. Sure. Nobody without brain damage believes any of that.
So Vance got booed in liberal Boston? I'm shocked. At least he isn't afraid to go there. Do you think Kamala would speak to firefighters in OKC? Nah she wouldn't. Would Walz? I actually think he would.
Vance got booed by ... union workers. Walz was a union school teacher for decades; he has got the union worker street creds.
You think Vance goes home each night and says, "WTF did I get myself into here, I had a good life in Ohio dehumanizing childless cat ladies and no one bothered me and now people are booing me"
Trump doesn’t care about “those” working class he is talking about those other ones. The one’s Trump hires for his businesses. Err.. those are illegals. Which ones again are Trump referring too again?
It was. He does seem to have an awkward gear for dealing with other humans sometimes. But we have to use the same filter of reason we apply to the billions of short, carefully chosen video clips from other political persuasions. 10 seconds does not a 30 minute appearance make. If he was as bad as some of these clips make him seem, I doubt he could have won the senate race in Ohio.
he only got as far as he did because Trump endorsed him and Peter Thiel gave him a bunch of money, and he still underperformed back in 2022 Vance ultimately won by six points — a margin similar to Trump’s. But crucially, he underperformed every other statewide Republican on the ballot by a large margin. Ohio went strongly for Republicans; it did not go strongly for Vance. Gov. Mike DeWine (R) won by 26 points; Attorney General Dave Yost (R) won by 20 points; Secretary of State Frank LaRose (R) won by 19 points; and state Treasurer Robert Sprague (R) and Auditor Keith Faber (R) won by 18. The GOP’s Supreme Court nominees all won by double digits, too.
