You're damn right we're better! I actually love it with crap in it, but usually drink it black to avoid the extra calories and effort, but if I'm paying a barista to "make" my coffee, I'm going to order something they have to actually make.
They had one at the student center I would study in at Baylor a lot in the mornings. If you grew up with Shipley, Dunkin is extremely mid.
Reason I ask is because they just put up a half/half Baskin Robbins and Dunkin. The Baskin Robbins is pretty pimp, I just kind of look over at the Dunkin. ...and yes, I miss Shipley's
if you eat something sweet with a no sugar coffee/tea the drink will taste sweet too. serve those treats with a sugared cup and a weird thing happens to your taste buds where the drink won't taste sweet. it's more like water but not quite.
The black coffee drinkers are better. Others might be good, but not as good. I remember, I didn't used to like coffee, but I wanted to live like the old men who would drink coffee with their cinnamon roll in the Cafe I would frequent. So I decided I was going to acquire the taste and was about to order with tons of cream and sugar. My friend asked, "If you're going to learn to drink it, why not learn to drink the actual beverage?" I've never looked back. Espresso is now my preference, or a red-eye, or Americano. I haven't been able to develop a taste for iced coffee of any kind.
