Democrats have shifted to the right on immigration. Call it a flip-flop if you will, but the bipartisan border bill she supported shouldn't come as a surprise—it was endorsed by the Biden admin and poised for approval until Trump persuaded Republicans to reverse their stance and block it.

Trump has had his share of 'flip-flops,' from backing Democrats to becoming a 'Republican,' from opposing TikTok to supporting it, from being anti-EV to pro-EV, from being pro-lockdown to anti-lockdown, and from pro-life to recently advocating for reproductive rights. The list goes on...

Honestly changing your mind and evolving your views is perfectly acceptable. In fact, it's a healthy response when presented with new, valid, and compelling information.

These things aren't mutually exclusive. Trump believes he's friends with Putin. He willingly said in front of the world press that he took Putin's word and not that of our own intelligence agencies. He also said that Putin can do whatever the hell he wants. He also pulled out of the INF treaty which is exactly what Putin wanted. He weakened and didn't support our NATO allies which is exactly what Putin wants. Trump may believe this makes him Putin's friend. But it clearly shows that Putin can manipulate Trump into doing what he would like.

According to a report from the Washington Post, Donald Trump's inner circle grew increasingly alarmed at his complacency during the Democratic National Convention and had to convince him to hit the road instead of spending his days playing golf and complaining.

With the Democrats sucking up all the media attention with a widely watched convention that set new standards for future productions, Trump "mused about staying home" where he reportedly golfed and grumbled about the direction the presidential campaign has taken since Vice President Kamala Harris replaced President Joe Biden as the Democrat's nominee.

The Post is reporting it has been a rough few weeks for the Trump operation that has had to shift gears as Harris and running mate Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) made their case to the voters.

What alarmed Trump's inner circle has been his response to the changing election landscape.

As the Post's Isaac Arnsdorf, Josh Dawsey and Marianne LeVine reported, "...aides did not want a situation where he was watching the convention every night, getting angry, and then just golfing all day and stewing, according to people who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private interactions. Trump also had grown annoyed with the news coverage that depicted him as not working as hard as his opponent, one person who talked to him said."

That, in turn, led them to get him off the golf course and back on the road where he has been holding press conferences where he is supposed to talk about policy but often turns into personal attacks on Harris much to the dismay of his campaign.

Ever heard of "keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer"?

Sure. This wasn't a case of that. The idea behind that isn't announcing that your enemy can do whatever the hell they want, weakening your alliances, denouncing your own agencies while claiming that you take the word of that enemy.

When you gain nothing and your enemy gets what they want, it isn't using that strategy correctly.

That doesn't mean get on your knees and start sucking Vladimir.

    You're half Korean right?

You should see how the "conservatives" in Korea view Trump's cozying up to Kim Jung Eun. And then see how the far left North Korea apologists view Trump. You said you're against communism, right?

Trump is incredibly unpopular with the vast majority of South Koreans.

He is also unpopular with the vast majority of Germans.

He will still be better for the world than comrades Kamala and Tim.

Trump's attacks are always a reflection of himself.

In his analysis of Nazi propaganda, Ellis Freeman identified an influence tactic based on projection: accusing another person of the negative traits and behaviors that one possesses and exhibits with the goal of deflecting blame away from one’s own misdeeds and toward the accused.

As for Trump and his Fake News BS, we know where he got that idea from as well.

    “Lügenpresse!”

“lying press” — an idea at the heart not only of Trump’s campaign and presidency, but of his entire worldview.

The news media, Trump complains, treats him unfairly. It does not report all the positive news about his campaign and then his presidency. Instead, he insists, it lies to the public, publishing what he calls “fake news.”

Hitler based his whole approach to politics on lies.

He lied to officials about his party’s use of violence, he lied about his own past, he lied to foreign leaders about his intentions, and, of course, his whole understanding of the world was based on the lie of a global Jewish conspiracy. Truth would never get in the way of Hitler’s goals.

    Project, Lie, Repeat
    Project Lie, Repeat
    Project, Lie, Repeat

We can't change Trump, but we can sure as hell change the future, and ensure he never takes office again. A second time around would be much more dangerous than before.

That was not so much my point.
If you read the entire post, my statement was both candidates will say what they think we want to hear to garner votes.

I stated immigration is not a hot button for me.

You say Trump is better for the world- yet all of our allies disagree? Germans, South Koreans, and so on.

Russians likes him. So who's the real Comrade?

We see the culmination of this with how many people have forsworn actual news media and rely upon “news” tweeted by dip$hit and his minions. Look at the sources of the tweetstorms from the usual suspects.

Why do you think he calls his website Truth Social?
It's so hilarious. Total deception used to feed his propaganda and lies nonstop to his believers. How they believe him is just mind-blowing to me. As for the minions you speak about, I put them all on ignore already. I don't believe the crap they do, so I don't want to see the constant trolling.
