There were plenty of ex-Iraqi policemen and military members that did exactly what you are saying. However, there were some that did not - unfortunately, those that did abandon their posts and positions have lived longer. We did not get those Iraqi's that were loyal supporters of the USA out of Iraq. Those that put their necks out and would join the US military force and actually tell the Americans what was going on, were abandoned by us and they and their families were left in Iraq at the mercy of extremists that murdered and tortured many of them and their families. Hell - it took David Bellavida begging for 15 years and winning the Medal of Honor before he was able to get his translator US citizenship, which is appalling and inexcusable.
Most Americans are law abiding, hardworking citizens. As long as their guns are not getting into the hands of criminals or the cartels, I do not care what they do.
Don't know about that, I've met lotta lazy mofos compered to 'em. They believe it in their core - "you don't work, you don't eat" (most of 'em at least). Agreed, they've just gotta regulate the private sales better, other than that the gun laws are fine. Most law-abiding citizens with a clean record get/buy it from academy etc. anyways. At least I do, I wouldn't even buy it off of Facebook marketplace or craigslist.

Just my personal experience, I've never lived in a country town or anything like that, but through my business I cover from Beaumont Texas to Victoria, from Lake Jackson to Cleveland Tx, Galveston to Conroe etc. At least a 100 miles radius from Houston, so I've dealt with few of 'em. Plus I'm friends with some, never had an issue with 'em. My impression was always that they're men of their word, and no bs. But again that's just my personal experience

First - this guy isn't a Harris supporter. Second, that woman's home is not like most "normal people". Third, most people don't give a **** about another of Trump's pet names. Fourth - the name is stupid, Walz supported a bill that made tampons and pads free for students in schools - how anyone can be against that or free lunches in public schools is beyond me. The majority of states have a similar law BTW and Trump (to his credit) signed a similar law for federal prisons. Fifth - the effectiveness of these cultural war arguments have started to really wear thin... if Trump and Trumpers want to win, they should focus more on attacking her financial policies - as arguably these types of things are why Trump is sagging in the polls.
