Trump was pushed onto JD Vance by the founders of Project 2025 (JD Vance wrote the foreword to the book about Project 2025), Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson, and his 2 failure sons Donald Jr and Eric Trump…Trump also liked him because he has said he’d be willing to do the things Mike Pence wouldn’t JD Vance has said he would have refused to certify the election in 2020
I cant believe trump would back out, there is a small swath of Americans who want to see this and see how they respond Trump’s team, according to the source, would like for the microphones to be muted throughout the debate except for the candidate whose turn it is to speak, as was the case during the first debate with President Joe Biden. And Trump himself took aim at what he called the “biased” network Sunday evening, complaining about reporter Jonathan Karl and a panel of “Trump Haters” on his Truth Social platform. “Why would I do the Debate against Kamala Harris on that network?” the former president asked. https://www.cnn.com/2024/08/26/politics/trump-harris-september-debate/index.html In typical trump style, it does look like he is about to crawfish out BUT I would want Kamala and team to negotiate but stop well short of doing it at fox where it would be a trump rally. Hell, have PBS do it.......................IMO they dont want trump anywhere near Harris on a debate stage, and if he does start to back out I would call him a coward, keep that up long enough and trump will have to do it or look like he is a scared little b****
Deb, I am curious about the druggie Trump Jr. reference. I looked and there is speculation but nothing definitive. Call him a looser, call him a shite stain,, call him what you want, but throwing speculation out there with no facts is something you would think the other side would do not you. Now young Mr. Biden, that is a different story. there is just no need for it.
Trump agreed to abide by the debate terms he set with Biden, and now Kamala wants to change them. Originally the left thought the mute button would hurt Trump because he wouldn't be able to interrupt. But giving Biden all that air time, he hung himself with his own rope, his infirmity on display for all to see. Kamala is exactly the same. She can't string a coherent thought together extemporaneously, just watch the 2019 primary debates. And that was with a half dozen candidates where she wasn't the frontrunner and could fade into the background. This time she will have nowhere to hide. Even if she is allowed to change the rules and get pre-prepared notes and the ability to interrupt Trump, it won't be enough.
So you are telling me Trump doesn't have the self-control to be silent and let Harris hang herself? You are right that he can't be silence. Apparently, Harris' team, and I think they are right, realizes Trump will go wild and completely bonkers, and having the hot mic will allow Americans to see it. EDIT: Trump, answering the question about the mic today, said, 'It doesn't matter to me. I'd rather have it probably on.' So, there you go. There shouldn't be any hold up anymore unless --- Trump's campaign doesn't trust Trump to control himself (water is wet) or believes he's going to lose badly.
Covid inflation was global. 10% across-the-board tariff + 60% China tariff is Trump-specific and will be a huge Trump tax on Americans.
This alleged CEO (ATW) apparently is a chief executive of a company that doesn't have anything to do with physical materials or equipment that require a supply chain. Anyone working in manufacturing as a engineer, manager, executive etc understood the supply chain constraints between 2020-2022. Every order of parts took 2-3 times longer than usual. Half the items that usually we took for granted as being always in stock weren't anymore I don't know how anyone who had a job during covid didn't know that supply chain issues was the biggest issue of that time. Anyone with a job would feel it. It's as if the people who say it was "printing money's fault" don't have jobs.
IMO, the debates are unnecessary, so if they don't happen, it's fine. I, frankly, think having a debate just validates Trump as worthy of a Presidential debate. He is not.
I honestly don't know. I just think he's terminally in a parent's basement and doesn't understand these basics things people with careers understand like what a supply chain is. I wouldn't clear it past him to not know something as basic.
I know vehicle manufacturers who were only giving one key to vehicles because chips were in short supply and people had to get their extra key later.
People can stop making this about me - I don't go around posting all the time what my job is - I posted maybe a handful of times what I do for a living (running a startup/scale-up), when it was relevant to the discussion at hand. It's not like I think it's something to brag about or anything. But it's interesting how it triggers people to keep mentioning "CEO". It's a small company, 300 people. You don't need to worry about how I run it or how I don't run it. I'm happy for you to attack me for my political opinions, no need to keep bringing up the "CEO" crap.
Buddy you got the most created posts here. You have posts where you have 2-3 pages of just your replies with no one else involved. Something is wrong with you. It's really bad because it's not just the time dedication... It's the time dedication on a NBA team fan message board concentrating hate on Muslims and other groups of people. If you are this involved in your right wing activism in a NBA team fan message board then the odds of you spending time in a more dedicated political medium like a subreddit or some right wing forum or 4chan or Twitter is very high.
To call out the constant lies? I added this EDIT: Trump, answering the question about the mic today, said, 'It doesn't matter to me. I'd rather have it probably on.' So, there you go. There shouldn't be any hold up anymore unless --- Trump's campaign doesn't trust Trump to control himself (water is wet) or believes he's going to lose badly.
Typical atw anecdote: Someone says something about lets say Macron. ATW: "Yes when I was visiting in Paris I had a meeting with Macron" It's a child like fantasy version of a eccentric CEO.
Child please. You joined more than 10 years after me, and you average about 10 posts per day. I average about 8 per day. LOL.
I know. And I'm sure you never met the people you always put yourself in when people discuss modern relevant political topics. You always have an anecdote of brushing up against the most powerful people on the planet. It's a very child like way of trying to show you live a glamorous CEO lifestyle.
