Orioles booth on the Singleton play real time. " That's just as routine as it gets....". Ofcourse after a few flubbergasted seconds they realised they need to sell it like Cowser is the hero and forced it by great hustle and slide. No comments on Valdez on the play and all 3 thought it's 100% out from the getgo. Nuff about that on my part. Im pleasantly suprised if we get clear win in the last game but we need to pitch better than O's to win and not make stupid mistakes.

Astros are so f***ing handcuffed without Tucker AND Yordan. It's a damn shame the games we're losing games because of stupid defense after overcoming the offensive handicap. Regardless, Astros have a decent chance winning the series finale today if we don't shoot ourselves in the foot AGAIN (even though I fully expect Yordan to DNP).

ESPN has the pitching matchup as Kremer vs Kikuchi. Dean has been great his last 2 starts, but has been below average overall in August and average in 2024. Kikuchi has dominated Baltimore this season in his 2 starts, and that was the pre-Josh Miller Kuchi.

    Here's the stats....

50/50 chances for victory since we're Yordan-less. Chances increase if we don't play like sh**heads on defense.

TWO stupid ass L's in a row... smh

    Yordan out today too?

I just knew when he was scratched from game 1 he was gonna miss the whole damn thing.

Yordan, your team needs you. Baltimore has massage parlours all over town. Sure, most of em are whack n backs but damn man….. your team needs you!

I’m tired of weird injuries with vague and indefinite recovery times.

I know Scott gave it up but you’re not going to be successful winning baseball games with just 2 runs… Solo shots at that…

As others have mentioned, I too am tired of the non transparency/up for interpretation/cloudy/confusing way the Astros are with injuries. Tucker seems like a myth, a ghost. Alvarez sore stiff neck missing the whole series? Really? Bregman elbow mystery? Don’t even get me started on McCullers and Garcia.

I guess I’m just complaining at this point, but it’s extremely frustrating. Don’t piss on my face and tell me it’s raining.

Yep, as disappointing as the last couple of games have been this is not a must win situation.

Regarding Singleton, if he cant take a couple of steps forwad and catch a slowly hit ground ball, then please put Caratini or Diaz at 1B. That was pathetic, a little leaguer could've/should've been able to field that ball. Sad, that Frambers outstanding work went to waste.

I know it's hot outside and errors are going to happen but when you give a team like the Orioles 3-4 extra outs a game they're going to make you pay. That's what's happened the last couple of days. It's actually been happening for the last 10 days or so. But the team has been able to overcome these miscues. Of course the competition hasn't been as good as the Orioles are.

It's amazing that we are in first in our division with so many minor leaguers starting for us.

Of course it’s not a mathematical must win in August. Some Captain Obvious mouth breather on here tried to point that out to me yesterday. Sometimes “must win” just means we gotta win this ****ing game!!

I agree the misplay by Singleton was a total crusher. We all knew what was gonna happen after that. We need our best 2 hitters back in the lineup. Right now, we just aren’t gonna score much. Can’t have defensive miscues that lead to 3 runs.

Poor Bucknor on that play. The all-time choke job.
