Four months ago..... Donald Trump attacked independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Sunday as a “Radical Left Lunatic” who is “far more LIBERAL than anyone running as a Democrat,” Now, four months later..... Former President Donald Trump said Thursday morning that he would be “honored” to receive Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s endorsement in the presidential race. Trump called Kennedy “a respected person” whose heart is “in the right place,” in a Fox interview Thursday morning. When you suck up to Trump you are respected by him. When you don't, well, you are just a radical lunatic. He is so transparent. It's all about him. Always was and always will be. They are always the finest people, and very intelligent, until they stop sucking up. Then Trump calls them all nasty names, incompetent, etc... Trump and Vance both are just two-faced greedy and power hungry hypocrites, only loyal to those who give them something they want. RFK Jr, well he swings both ways. First he reaches out to Harris, then Trump. He's just desperate for attention. https://www.forbes.com/sites/mollyb...ic-as-both-sides-fear-his-impact-on-election/ https://www.wsj.com/livecoverage/dn...ed-by-rfk-jr-endorsement-5z3y4HoDKZstuN4vdD7D
The only time I ever waited overnight for an admission or tickets was to see RUSH at the Summit for the Moving Pictures tour. I wish I could remember the record store outside of Alameda Mall. Hacky sack, 2 dollar rolled doobies, KLOL playing the tunes and some checkered Vans. I think I paid 20 bucks for a floor seat. Took my son a few years ago to Madison Square Garden to see Radiohead. 550.00 per seat lower prom. Ouch.
I did a few of those overnight lines for concerts back in the day. Got to see Rush tours: A Farewell to Kings (Music Hall), Permanent Waves (Sam Houston Coliseum) and Signals (Summit?). BTW where was the record store outside of Alameda Mall? Maybe Sound Warehouse?
Yeah man that was it. Signals was at the summit, if I recall correctly Rory Gallagher opened for them. I have seen Rush around 25 times. The last time in Texas was the Texas Jam at the Dome. My sons first grown up concert was the Rush R30 tour. I got us VIP tix, and got to meet the band.
I just looked him up. He is some country singer who is the opening act for Morgan Wallen. You know the guy who goes around shouting the n-word and throwing **** off the top of bars onto the street.
Signals was definitely at the Summit (my first concert if you don't count the Beach Boys after an Astros game at the Dome), but Golden Earring opened for them (at least in Houston). Was at that Texxas Jam show as well! I saw them in Stuttgart in '92 for "Roll the Bones". Saw them 19 times. Last show was "R40" in Austin.
Correct on Golden Earring. Saw such groups as Primus Mr. big Candlebox The melvins. I think they stopped using openers on the Presto tour. might be wrong. Speaking of the Texxas Jam. Wasn't STYX the final act that night. I remember bailing after Rush. Just wanted to see Ozzy, 38 special, and Rush.
Two years ago I saw Primus do Farewell to Kings. They are probably the only band that can come close to capturing Rush.
I got 67% more on my military retirement annual cost of living increase this year under Biden compared to the ones I got when Trump was in office. Trump didn't save me any money on my taxes either. I guess I wasn't rich enough to see his benefits.
