I know the Sandy Hook survivor, but I wasn't watching earlier in the night. Friends just clued me in and it's killing me to watch her share her story on such a stage. Still a very traumatic part of her life, obviously. Good for her for standing up like that. I don't know if I could do it if I'd lived through that day.

For any teachers on here, Abbey has started this new non-profit. Pretty interesting actually, just trying to advocate for sensible, teacher-backed policies in schools, including if and how to conduct shooter drills, etc. I think she was wearing a T-shirt with the name, but they probably made her put on that white blazer thing.
I just want to give you a shout out. When you land on a bit, you really stick with it, and like SNL in a good year, it often really works (for me at least). Like the infamous Steve Castor run you had (or are still having).
I wish it was that trivial. A group of people calmly walked through the lobby of the convention. Just a sheer lack of humanity.
