I would love to give credence to the Xweets you post incessantly. But... When is the storming of the convention going to happen? I've been waiting watching too many thank yous too rapidly waiting for the exciting storming of the convention to happen. I guess maybe it didn't happen because all of the massive violence happened outside. Was there a huge bloodbath? I haven't heard about it. Can you explain? Can you? You posted that. When is it going to happen?
republicans with a mentally ill turd as their nominee who rambles incoherently every time he speaks are crying about substance they keep grasping at any straw available, and continuously come up short…majority of the country is just laughing at y’all atp
That was a great speech. The best I've heard her give. One of the things I haven't liked about Kamala Harris is at many times she's come off as unauthentic and as trying to hard. Early on in the speech when I had that feeling but as she went on she seemed to get more relaxed into the flow of the speech and it sounds more natural. Rather than her trying to grab the moment she had risen to the moment. One thing I found interesting about both her speech and this convention was that it seemed to take a page from the Bill Clinton playbook. Where it wasn't just playing to the base but took on issues that Democrats have been perceived weak on and where the party might not be united on and instead took them head on and to the Right. Her statement about how her administration will not abandon Israel and will always make sure it can defend itself while also specifically going after Hamas by name must not have sit well with Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and others in Democratic party but was going straight at those who are accusing her and Walz of being sympathetic to Hamas. Her pledge to sign the bipartisan border security bill and to secure the border likely didn't sit will with many Hispanic Democrats. Both of those were very reminiscent of Clinton moves to capture the middle even at the risk of alienating some on the Left.
Really good speech, and so enjoyable to have a candidate who's brain is fully functioning. Seriously, think about that. Anyway, kudos to her strong delivery and kudos to the writing team. Kept the policy portions super simplified, and that's what our times call for. That was successful and better than I expected.
Lol. Thank goodness they took the time and effort to break down the barrier piece by piece so they could calmly walk through the lobby. Hahahahaha. How many people were killed and wounded in that chaotic very dangerous "storming"?
It might seem like that was a move against Trump, but it was the biggest favor he could have done for him. Unless they had cut him off sooner.
