Some welcome Joe Mixon highlights from the Rams practice. The first one drew a loud roar.

Joe Mixon is going to be a HUGE weapon for CJ. My fantasy league laughed me off the board when I took him with my #2 pick. Laugh now cry later!

Nope he was there was taken a few picks after mine. Im banking on year 2 Slowik with a healthier OL and not much in terms of serviceable behind Joe - he's going to be a workhorse I can only hope his body holds up. I think Mixon can give us 12TDs 1000+yards rushing and about 500 yards receiving.

I took Bijan with my first pick in sort of scramble mode as my preferred picks were taken all in succession right before me. Backups are John Conner and Josh Jacobs. Only an 8 team league.

I think you might regret that one. Hope I’m wrong. Gibbs is a monster.

He's a nice player. I was thinking in the moment that Montgomery could take away some of his looks as a guy who is coming off a 1000 yard rushing season. Detroit has a killer OL I will say that. I like Joe's success rates in both the run game and pass game compared to Gibbs. Joe Mixon catches almost everything thrown his way.

I was a fan on draft day of this combination with Bullock's coverage range at safety allowing Lassiter to stick like glue to his man.

Too many key players have been out of the spotlight for me to know whether the promise of what we might have will result. Tunsil with Howard, Scruggs, Kenton Green and Mason against outside 1s is non existent. WAJ with Hunter Against outside 1s is non-existent. Mixon running behind the starting lineup is non existent. All we have are bits and pieces.

    I live in the Northest.
Most of the dudes in my league are always on the Eagles, Bills, and Ravens.
They don't pay that much attention to the Texans up to now.
I would target about 5 Texans if it weren't for that pesky Bye week.
I can pretty much guarantee I can get Mixon in the 4th or 5th.
I usually don't go QB EVER in the first round, but we are changing to a keeper league this year, so I'm going in on CJ if I end up towards the back end of the first of my snake draft.

Any sleepers to stash for a keeper in addition to CJ. We get to keep 2. CJ+?
