I had always wondered why gas prices seem to go down before an election, and always thought it was because of something the politicians did to curry favor, but I found out there are 2 major reasons for fuel prices to drop around November: fuel consumption drops drastically after Labor Day. Everyone settles in from summer, and tends not to pleasure travel until Thanksgiving. Also, there are seasonal fuels. Did not know this but winter grade fuel is cheaper than summer grade. I've also thought the economy gets better few months prior to the election, no proof nor did I look into it, but most people around me were/are working more
It's odd. I live in upstate NY. I have my oil changed to a winter grade every fall, but never knew there was a "winter grade" gas.
It has to be one of the most high-stress jobs in the world. It doesn't surprise me at all that it takes a huge toll on you, as we've seen with Bush as well. But... there is one type of person it wouldn't take a toll on—the one who doesn't care about others. The stress of the job comes from the enormous responsibility of taking care of the U.S., and in a way, the rest of the world since you are the leader of the free world. In this sense, I doubt it took much out of Trump. His increasingly frequent verbal blunders, where he mixes up and mispronounces words, might be signs of his usual (or perhaps worsening) undiagnosed condition. And, of course, he's very old.
He championed the people with a fraudulent University. He championed the people when he tried to overturn and steal an election to stay in power. He championed the people when he gave tax breaks to billionaires. He championed the people when he belittled American intel agencies and instead took the word of America's adversary, Putin. He championed the people when he mocked the disabled. He championed the people when belittled military POWs. The list could go on and on.
Trump's latest Fox & Friends call-in sounds.....literally insane https://www.threads.net/@aaron.rupar/post/C--d5YsAhAc
Ain't no difficulty brother, we just live in an era where people don't wanna work hard, where they feel entitled, and want free ****, weak ass generation. Of course they're gonna go with the socialist agendas.
Yes, nothing exemplifies that more than a man who inherited millions of dollars has multiple business bankruptcies, has been found liable for fraud, tried to steal an election, and is a convicted felon. Your point was made.
Turned that into billions, he could of blown it all like lotta athletes do for example, or people in general that inherited lotta money, its not uncommon that they go broke.
Or he would have made more money had he simply invested it, and done nothing. His business record is less than stellar, and he was given multiple chances after failing despite having such a head start with this generational wealth.
