It's not just sugar, its the carbs too ..... Bread, pasta, rice and potatoes are staples of the American diet and all starchy loaded with carbs. I spent nearly a year on a low sugar diet and made no progress - that's with 3 hours a day 6 days a week in the gym. I was getting stronger but not losing any weight / fat. When I cut out the starchy carbs along with the sugar, I dropped from 255 to 182 in ~4 months. That was 3 years ago, now I'm a very lean 200 (@6'3) and between 9-11% body fat at almost 60.
I'm sorry to offend the Jaters, but Jalen Green just moves differently than anyone on this roster with the ball in his hands. Jalen is like if AI was 6'5" instead of 6'0".
