dana, i hope you know how to rebuild this farm system because from what we've seen so far, it's hella DOO DOO
Should've been an easy win. I get Espada's thinking but you only do this if you win the first 2 of the series. You have to earn the right to rest your best bats. We dropped that first game and the next 2 should be must wins.
Well, like I said earlier, a 200 at bat slump isn’t all that uncommon. Bregman had one this year. Chas was really good last year and got off to a bad start this season and then got injured. For a while he was sitting like 2 out of 3 games after he got back. He just now started getting a little more playing time because they desperately need him to get going. I agree, it’s definitely time for him to get it going.
Espada- "Framber! You're in the doghouse. No offense for you" Framber- "I'll show you, I'm pitching a complete game" Espada-
Dezenzo is struggling to be sure, but not at Leon's level. A contact % down around 50% is absolutely reprehensible. He just cannot put the bat on the ball.
Odds of the White Sox winning go up with each and every zero that gets posted on the scoreboard. I just don't have a great feeling about this. I've seen this movie way too much for my liking.
If you play your regulars and are up 4 or 5 runs, take them out. Like Espada did yesterday with Alvarez.
