Eh. It's a 3rd QB spot in a time when a lot of teams only keep 2. Keenum didn't exactly inspire confidence when he was forced to play last season. He never had the strongest arm and I think he's reached an age where he's extremely limited. But again, he's a 3rd string QB and a strong, veteran, leader presence in the QB room. I think Boyle would have to significantly outplay Keenum to win that job and he hasn't, even with a pretty good game today. I've also already gotten tired of the announcers referring to him as a "gunslinger."
I was hoping they would do that during trade negotiations, while some still remembered his good rookie year.
Me either. He was a really good QB before the foot injury. I think we had a chance at the Superbowl that year before we reported to our 3rd string in the playoffs and had to stomach a Ravens loss.
Derek Stingley may have a double digit pick season. Guy is all over the ball. I know its Daniel Jones, but he has picked Stroud a few times as well.
Starters not answering the call and Tank not getting a completion (that counted) are my only problems with the game.
When they get that good, they stop challenging you. I learned that way back when Herb Adderley played for Dallas after playing for Green Bay. He left his heart in Green Bay which bugged me at the time.
