    -----73-51 Yankees DV
    0.5 72-51 Orioles WC
    0.5 72-51 Guardians DV
    2.5 70-53 Twins WC
    4.5 68-55 Royals WC
    6.0 66-56 Astros DV
    7.5 64-57 Red Sox

Keep an eye out on the race in the central division. We lost the season series vs the Twins so our preference is for the Guardians to win the division. We've taken 2 of 3 vs them and play them the very last weekend of the season. That may determine, hopefully, who gets the second bye.

His defense at 1st base has been brutal lately.

It was 1 game, but I sure wouldn't start him there when Framber's pitching

Would they ever try Whitcomb in the Outfield to add some Pop to the Batting Order?

Bounce back game. Way to go. BUT, Singleton is STILL not the answer at first AND McCormick should go to the minors, tonight. Enough is enough. He can always return if he gets "fixed." Bregman and Tucker need to rejoin the team ASAP. Can Whitcomb play first?

Whitcomb with an OPS of 1.750. Don't let the hataz tell you it's a small sample size.

How about Dezenzo at 3b and Whitcomb at 1b when Framber isn't pitching.

The GM said a month or so ago that "his future is in the OF"

While Bregman's out they need him at 3B

Bregman shouldn't be out long...so there's no reason he couldn't play 1B or LF

we might not see a 100 win team this season.

    injuries galore.

whoever is the most healthy in sept - oct. gon win it all.

Yeah that awful throw to Pena to start the double play is what really cost us. A good throw makes for an easy throw by Pena back to Arrighetti. Double play, inning over.

Astros will always be the most unhealthy (AL at least) team.

They will be WS favorites if Tucker and JV return, and there's no new injuries.
